Additional Insured Request Form

That depends on your specific policy and how many additional insureds you need to add. Listed below are all of our additional insured options.

Cost per additional insured: 

• $10 for 1-year policy or the end of the policy term
• $15.95 for 2-year policy or the end of the policy term

Unlimitied Additional Insured Package

• $30.00 Unlimited Additional Insureds for 1-year policy or the end of the policy term
• $45.95 Unlimited Additional Insureds for 2-year policy or the end of the policy term

We do not have a limit to the number of additional insureds that you can add to your policy. However, we do ask that you reference our additional insureds pricing options in the question above before doing so. 

Basically, an AI (or Additional Insured) is a type of policy endorsement which adds someone to your coverage - meaning that they will also be protected in case a claim is filed against you or is connected to your business. 

Not everyone can be added to your policy as an additional insured. A few examples of people that are eligible to be added as additional insureds are a business you rent from, a landlord, additional business owners and/or partners, contractors working with or under you,  and/or your employer(s).

Yes! You can have an additional insured removed from your policy. To begin that process, please email us info@nationalbarbers.org.

Filing out our form takes just minutes to do! To complete the process though, please give our licensed customer service team approximately 24-72 hours to review your information, ensure its correct, and call you to confirm the process has been completed. Please double-check that your information is correct prior to submitting the form to avoid any additional delays.

After the form about is completed, you will receive a call from a member of our customer service team and will be charged for the addition of your AIs (or additional insureds) on that call. At this time, strictly online AI purchases are not available. 

Not at all. If you have our Unlimited package, you can add a truly unlimited amount of additional insureds to your policy at no additional cost to you.
